## Re: latex greek letters

The same way you do with any other symbol in LaTeX, using the carrot and the underscore. For instance:

$\beta_0$

will give you a lowercase beta with a subscripted 0, while

$\beta^n$

will give you a lowercase beta with a superscript n. If you want to have more than one character in the subscript or superscript, you need to use braces:

$\beta_{i,j}$

and similarly

$\beta^{1-1/n}$.
